If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a solution. Whether that's a refund, replacement, or another resolution β€” we're committed to making sure every HearthField customer walks away happy with their experience.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hearthfieldco@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it right away with a full refund or replacement β€” no return required.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved you'll receive confirmation via email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us atΒ hearthfieldco@outlook.com.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item please contact us at hearthfieldco@outlook.com before sending anything back. Once we receive your request we'll review the situation and work with you on the best resolution. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process and respond to your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Sale items and gift cards
